House fire - Linton - South Cambs

At 2.26pm on Friday (17) a crew from Cambridge along with the south roaming fire engine, and two crews from Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service, were called to a house fire on The Grove in Linton.

Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used a hose reel to extinguish the fire and cleared the smoke using a positive pressure ventilation fan.

Crews returned to their stations by 4pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
