Vehicle fire - Hempsted - Peterborough

On Wednesday (29) at 8.10pm, a crew from Yaxley was called to a vehicle fire on Hicks Lane, Peterborough.

Firefighters arrived to find a scooter on fire, and extinguished it using a bucket and an aqua pack. 

The cause of the fire was believed to be deliberate. Anyone with information should contact police by visiting www.cambs.police.uk to submit an online report or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.

The crew returned to their station by 9.30pm.
