Fire in the open - Whittlesey - Fenland

At 3.16pm on Tuesday (5) a crew from March was called to a fire in the open on March Road in Whittlesey. 

Firefighters used a hose reel to extinguish a fire involving conifers. 

The crew returned to their station by 4.30pm. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
