Fire in the open - Ramsey Heights - Huntingdonshire

At 2.31pm on Thursday (28) crews from Chatteris and Ramsey along with the north roaming fire engine were called to a fire in the open in Ramsey Heights. 

Firefighters used a hose reel to extinguish a fire involving peat and returned to their stations by 6.30pm. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
