Vehicle fire - Girton - South Cambs

At 5.02pm on Wednesday (3) the south roaming fire engine was called to a vehicle fire on Oakington Road in Girton. 

Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used a hose reel to extinguish a fire involving a van. 

The crew returned to their station by 6.20pm. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
