Field fire - Longstanton - South Cambs

At 4.02pm on Monday (13) two crews from Cambridge were called to a field fire near Hatton’s Road near Longstanton. 

Firefighters arrived to find an unattended bonfire. The crew used a hose reel to extinguish the fire and returned to their station by 5.30pm. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
