Fire in the open - Chatteris - Fenland

At 1.18pm on Thursday (16) crews from Chatteris and March were called to a fire in the open on the A142 in Chatteris. 

Firefighters used a hose reel to extinguish a large unattended bonfire and returned to their stations by 2.40pm. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
