House fire - Orton Goldhay - Peterborough

At 12.20am on Friday (17) crews from Stanground and Dogsthorpe were called to a house fire on Hinchcliffe in Peterborough. 

Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used a hose reel to extinguish the fire and cleared the smoke using a positive pressure ventilation fan. 

Crews returned to their stations by 1.40am. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
