Fire in the open - Farcet - Huntingdonshire

On Friday (24) at 12.45am, a crew from Stanground was called to a fire in the open on Ramsey Road, Farcet.

The crew arrived to find a bale on fire in a field.

Firefighters used a hose reel and small gear to extinguish the fire.

The crew returned to their station by 2am.

The cause of the fire is believed to be deliberate.
