Fire in the open - Hauxton - South Cambs

At 5.23pm on Tuesday (28) two crews from Cambridge along with the south roaming fire engine were called to a fire in the open on the A10 in Hauxton. 

Crews used hose reels and beaters to extinguish a fire affecting approximately 100 metres of grass and returned to their stations by 7pm. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
