Field fire – Meldreth - South Cambs

At 12.48pm on Sunday (16) crews from Cambridge and Royston (Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue Service) were called to a field fire on Station Road in Meldreth.

Firefighters used hose reels and beaters to extinguish the fire and returned to their stations by 3pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
