Fire in the open – Eye - Peterborough

At 1.34pm on Thursday (26) a crew from Dogsthorpe was called to a fire on White Post Road in Eye, Peterborough.

Firefighters arrived to find a well developed fire involving brambles and grass. They extinguished the fire using a hose reel and returned to their station by 2.45pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
