Car fire - Fourwentways - South Cambs

On Monday (30) at 5.24pm, crews from Cambridge and the south roaming fire engine were called to a car fire on the A11 near Fourwentways.

Crews arrived to find a vehicle well alight.

Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used two hose reels to extinguish the fire.

The cause of the fire was accidental.

Crews returned to their station by 7pm.
