Chimney fire – Orwell - South Cambs

At 8.57pm on Thursday (23) crews from Cambridge were called to a fire on High Street in Orwell.

Firefighters arrived to find a fire involving a chimney in a house. They extinguished the fire using a hose reel and returned to their station by 10.30pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
