Fire in the open - Castor - Peterborough

At 5pm on Friday (31) a crew from Stanground along with a misting unit were called to a fire in the open on Love’s Hill in Castor. 

Firefighters used small gear to extinguish a fire affecting grassland and returned to their stations by 6.40pm. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
