Fire in the open – Thorney - Peterborough

At 5.08pm on Tuesday (16) a crew from Thorney was called to a fire in the open on Wisbech Road in Thorney.

The crew arrived to find a fire involving a car. Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used a hose reel to extinguish the fire and returned to their station by 6.30pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
